Copyright and Confidential Agreement

By accessing and using the services of promptengineercertificate.promptkub.com (“Test Centre”), you agree to abide by the following Copyright and Confidential Agreement. This agreement is designed to protect the integrity of our assessment process and the confidentiality of our test materials.

1. Copyright Notice

All test questions, content, materials, and related resources provided by the Test Centre are protected by copyright laws. They are the exclusive property of Promptkub Assessment Test Centre and are intended solely for individual use during the test-taking process.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, transmission, display, or publication of any test materials, including but not limited to screenshots, recordings, or written notes, is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing via any form of media, such as social networks, websites, or other digital platforms.

2. Confidentiality Agreement

Test materials are considered confidential information. You are strictly prohibited from disclosing, sharing, or distributing any test questions or content in any form, whether electronically, verbally, or in writing.
Any attempt to reproduce, copy, or share test materials will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal action.
Your test results and performance are also confidential and will only be shared as outlined in our Privacy Policy, primarily for certificate authentication verification purposes.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

To ensure the integrity and security of our testing process, the Test Centre may monitor your activity during the test session. This includes tracking IP addresses and monitoring for unauthorized activities.
If any breach of this agreement is detected, including attempts to capture, distribute, or share test materials, your IP address will be used for investigation purposes. Appropriate actions will be taken, which may include disqualification, cancellation of your certification, and reporting to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals who violate this agreement to protect our intellectual property rights and maintain the confidentiality of our assessments.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may use the test materials solely for the purpose of completing the test for which they were provided. Any other use, including but not limited to reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works, is strictly prohibited.
You are not permitted to use test materials for any commercial purpose, including selling, licensing, or distributing the materials in any form.

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By participating in the tests provided by the Test Centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Copyright and Confidential Agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate disqualification, legal action, and other consequences as deemed appropriate by Promptkub Assessment Test Centre.

6. Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Copyright and Confidential Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page.
