Test Taker Agreement

By participating in the assessments provided by promptengineercertificate.promptkub.com (“Test Centre”), you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions outlined in this Test Taker Agreement. This agreement is established to ensure a fair and secure testing environment for all participants.

1. Integrity and Honesty

You agree to complete the test independently and honestly. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of dishonesty is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
You must not seek or use unauthorized assistance from any source, including but not limited to other individuals, online resources, or software tools.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not attempt to access, alter, or interfere with the test platform or its content in any unauthorized manner.
Sharing test questions, answers, or any related content with others is strictly forbidden, both during and after the test.
Do not use multiple accounts to take the same test or attempt to impersonate another test taker.

3. Test Environment Requirements

Ensure you are in a quiet, distraction-free environment while taking the test. This helps maintain the integrity of the test-taking process.
You must not allow any unauthorized individuals to be present in your test environment or assist you in any way during the assessment.

4. Monitoring and Compliance

The Test Centre reserves the right to monitor your activity during the test session to detect and prevent any form of cheating or misconduct.
Your IP address, browser activity, and other relevant data may be collected and reviewed to ensure compliance with this agreement.
Any suspected violations will be investigated, and if cheating or misconduct is confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, including disqualification and possible legal action.

5. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment are in proper working order before beginning the test.
The Test Centre is not responsible for technical issues that may arise during the test. In the event of a technical problem, contact support immediately for assistance.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violating any terms of this agreement, including cheating, sharing test content, or any form of misconduct, will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of your test results.
In cases of severe or repeated violations, further actions may be taken, including reporting to relevant authorities or organizations.
The Test Centre reserves the right to ban you from taking future assessments if you violate this agreement.

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By starting the test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Test Taker Agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification, cancellation of your test results, and other consequences as deemed appropriate by Promptkub Assessment Test Centre.

8. Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Test Taker Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page.
